I began my career first studying for my BTEC in Motor Vehicle Repair & IMI Workshop Manager's course at Thurrock & Basildon College. I served my apprenticeship with Readymix Concrete and stayed with the business for 5 years before becoming redundant. I moved to Harris DAF in Thurrock and was with the business for 11 years and I was a Mastertech certified technician. Since 2010 I have ran my own mobile mechanic business on a part-time basis around working hours called Alex Hammond Mobile Mechanic. The business caters for all vehicles and I work on all repairs, so whatever the issue, don't panic I will get you back on the road.

Mercedes-Benz A-Class Attend for initial inspection. Source parts for new wiper arms and wiper blades. Had to locate a 2nd hand wiper linkage as mercedes couldnt supply part for 4 months.

Alex went to length & found the right part. Alex fixed my faulty wiper mechanism correctly after incorrect patch up job. Happy with the repair. Will use service again.
