“Paul (same name as my son) arrived nice and early, and I went through the circumstances leading up to the bust tyre. He jacked up all round, and checked all 4 for damage/cracks etc. Much to my relief, he confirmed all was well, and advised that all tyres should be replaced. This guy was 'top notch',friendly,and despite the 30 year age gap , was well into music. If any faults are wheel related, Paul is your man for call-out.”

“Joseph was the most professional mechanic I've ever dealt with. I found a lovely Clio from a private seller and Joseph did an inspection for me (after picking up the ClickMechanic application I made). Joseph's eye for detail was impeccable. He managed to find evidence of a past collision and body work repair that I hadn't seen (which hadn't been disclosed by the seller). He also noted instances of surface corrosion under the car which I would never have found. Ultimately, I still went ahead bought the car since it was still a good car, but I felt I was buying a good car where I new the risks. That's why you buy an inspection. I've had a few inspections through Clickmechanic through the years (and AA) and this was the most professional by far. If I could give 10 stars rather than 5 I would. Phil.”
