Andy was brilliant. He carried out a pre-purchase inspection for me and the report wasn't that clear (not Andy's fault) but as it was an EV it was difficult to score the car in certain areas and so the report generated a low score. However, when I received Andy's photos (with descriptions) and spoke to him on the phone my mind was immediately put at ease. He explained all of his findings in detail, gave me great reassurance and gave me great direction on a few things I should ask the dealer to sort before buying the car. Expert knowledge, professionalism and a keen eye for detail - I would highly recommend Andy!.
