The mechanic who showed up was very quick, good and communicated well.
However, the visit was promised for 8-10am. About 9.45 I received a call from an unidentified number saying the visit would not happen until later, maybe by 10.30. In fact, the mechanic showed up shortly after that time.

Hyundai i10 Clutch replacement

The mechanic was a pleasant man who took three weeks to replace a clutch and clutch fork due to issues with sourcing a clutch fork.

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, we were let down by the main dealer; the required part was placed on back-order and was not available as expected. Because the vehicle was already on the ramp and could not be moved safely without that part, it remained in position longer than anticipated. We appreciate your patience while we navigated these supplier issues.

First of all Tari did not come, he sent someone else to do the work, secondly this guy arrives at my house and comes way too early, before the booked time, and bangs on my front door scaring me out of bed and then when the guy starts to do the job he tell me I am missing a key, I am no mechanic so I tell him I don't know what key he is on about so he ends up leaving saying he cannot do the job without that key. So overall I did not have a good experience, it would of been nice to know about this key before they arrived at my house then maybe the job would of got done.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify the situation: we actually arrived 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled booking to ensure a prompt service. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the locking wheel nut key was missing from the vehicle. As this is a customer-supplied item unique to your car, we were unable to remove the wheels.
Furthermore, the initial booking was for both brake pads and a caliper change, but was changed to a caliper-only job per our phone conversation. We arrived prepared for that specific task, but unfortunately, we could not proceed because the locking nut had not been replaced in the car by yourself or a previous mechanic.
We always strive to complete every job, but we do require access to the wheels to perform this work.
