Picked up car, changed clutch, returned, works perfectly, awesome!
Hard task driving this Jimny to your workshop, but well done, works perfectly now!

The mechanic carried out the work on my vehicle, replacing the brake pads and discs. However, they failed to return my locking wheel nut key. I notified the mechanic within approximately 10 minutes of the vehicle being returned (around 10:00am), but despite having my phone number, they did not contact me directly.

When I raised the issue through ClickMechanic later that afternoon, I was initially told to "contact us on Monday." After following up on Monday, I was told, "I'm on the way to work now, I will let you know in a few hours." Eventually, I received a call stating that someone would attend approximately a week later to recheck where they believed the locking wheel nut key had been left in the vehicle and, if it could not be found, they would remove the locking wheel nuts. Since then, communication has ceased, and I have received no further updates or any resolution.

As things stand, I have been left without my locking wheel nut key and have incurred significant inconvenience and additional costs. I have now driven over 600 miles without the key, leaving me unable to remove a wheel should an emergency arise. As my repeated attempts to resolve this matter have been unsuccessful, I now intend to pursue recovery of my losses through the County Court, including the costs of removing the existing locking wheel nuts, replacing them, and any damage caused to the wheels during the removal process.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this mechanic. The lack of communication and failure to resolve an issue that was reported almost immediately after the work was completed has been extremely disappointing. Tari arrived slightly earlier than expected but that was okay. He called me later to ask if he should carry out some additional work he felt was needed on my front brakes and I was happy for him to do it. The car was returned promptly after its service with its new MOT and the bill seemed very reasonable for the service, additional remedial work and the MOT. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for a copy of the service report so have to assume that everything needed was carried out. From what I could check I could see that fluids were topped up so fingers crossed. I have given 5 stars for the Quality but in all honesty I have no way of knowing.
