Great service from Tari at ClickMechanic. Communication was excellent throughout, and he was very accommodating when shifts had to be rearranged due to a part not yet being ready to fit.

He called back as soon as possible to keep me updated, carried out the work efficiently, and identified no faults. A professional, reliable service from start to finish.

Would definitely use Tari again and highly recommend him to others.

Communication wasn’t great he never seem to have any phone service. They changed my booking day which was fine in the end but caused me to explain a lot before the day.

Because of date change I was working on the date he choose so didn’t actually see the mechanic himself though he appeared to follow the instructions left in the end found the leak and now I will be able to sort when I next get paid. He did turn up at the early end of the two hour slot but I did get a phone call about their driver who collected the car. Happy they found the oil leak and service and mot seem to go well as the car passed the mot which I’m happy about.

Tari diagnosed that my car needed new rear shock absorbers because of the clonking noise when going over potholes. Im not sure spending nearly £500 has made much difference!

Tari was punctual, professional and great! Car was back in a good time which is always helpful! Gave me aftercare advice and no problems at all.

I will never use this service again my car was picked up on Saturday and the work should of been completed it was just excuses after excuses I had a message today saying I need a new battery and he was trying to charge me £324 for a new battery I looked into this and I could of got one for £80 . They eventually towed my car back today and there’s nothing wrong with the battery.

I decided to try Clickmechanic for my MOT and service because the mechanic I've used for years has retired. I've used Clickmechanic before and I was pleased with the work carried out at the time and the mechanic that came to my house.

This garage was frantically ringing me up on Sunday evening when I was out. They wanted to change my day saying there MOT person was ill. I found it strange that there would only be one person at the garage doing MOT's but I agreed to change the day. I appreciate that my car is old but I do very low mileage and look after my car. My car failed it's MOT and I've never had a bill as big as this. I cannot get my head around how much my car has supposedly deteriorated in the last year! I had no option to agree to the work because my MOT expired while the car was with this garage, otherwise I would have got a second opinion.
