Tariq was absolutely fantastic! From the moment the job was accepted to him coming to drop the car back, his communication throughout was amazing.

I had received diagnostics from a few garages, one had tried to charge me £900 just to remove the gearbox to inspect what the sound was alone. However, I was very confident it was the clutch release bearing so booked my car in online as the price was half of what it would have cost me.

However, it turned out my car had a dual mass flywheel, which made things more complex. This required the clutch and flywheel to be replaced together which did add about £500 onto the whole job.

Not ideal, but not Tariqs fault. He picked my car up that evening at about 11pm to start working on it early in the morning sourcing parts overnight. It turned out the flywheel was the culprit of the noise and was failing at 62,000 miles, which for a 5 year old car is a little premature, but given the car was an ex rental fleet car, makes sense as I imagine multiple drivers in a not so common 6 speed gearbox would have not driven it well, not being used to the clutch.

I had my car delivered back by 2pm the following day!

Well impressed is an understatement as most garages were saying it would be hard to get parts and giving me a 5 day timescale.

Got my car back clutch feels amazing as you'd expect and drives like a new car.

Great service, very quick, zero issues 👌Click mechanic need me to add more details but honestly the guy came, took the car away, then a few hours later he brought it back and it had had it's MOT and service. It was just very efficient and they obviously know what they are doing.

Tariq was brilliant kept his word and was honest and very knowledgeable.As I am a retired mechanic myself I know what’s what.Drove the car back to my home and gave it a good test.

Tariq or one of his men picked up the car in a timely manner approx 7am and replaced the rear brake discs and pads.
What really let them down was the fact that they used an air gun on the wheel nuts and way over tightened then. This was apparent when I had a tyre replaced just afterwards and the air gun struggled to loosen the bolts. So from a quality point of view this let them down

Our car was serviced even a day earlier than scheduled, and the work was carried out smoothly and efficiently. The car was collected from us and returned the next day after the repairs.

There were just two points that could have improved our experience:
1. One bar of fuel on the gauge had been used during this time.
2. Upon collection, it would have been helpful to receive some guidance on any necessary after-care, either verbally or via an email with instructions. In our case, the clutch plate felt a bit jumpy when releasing the pedal during the first few days. We later found through online research that this usually settles after a few hundred miles as the new plates bed in.

Tariq was a quality mechanic. My car was always going to be a nightmare both to get the parts and to fit them as its a limited edition and parts are no longer available but in all fairness he went above and beyond to do the job.i will definitely recommend him yo anyone.

Had my vehicle collected and returned promptly. All work was completed to a high standard, so much cheaper than I was quoted by local garages in Aylesbury, Rear discs and pads supplied and fitted. I would definitely recommend Tariq, open and honest. Makes you realise how much you get over charged by other garages that I will NOT be using again. 5*
