Tariq was very friendly and on time. Communicated very well. Only minor issue I had was with trying to call him to query something, had difficulty getting through as he called me from a no caller ID.

He was very professional and punctual, picked up and delivered the vehicle for the MOT and full service with no hassle, and clearly explained everything that was needed. He also carried out the additional brake pad replacement efficiently and to a high standard. Great communication and a smooth experience overall — highly recommended.

I think the person that collected my vehicle and the person that repaired my vehicle were different. The collection person was really good but can’t remember his name. The person who repaired my vehicle did a good job spilt their coffee on my passenger seats - I have emailed ClickMechanic for resolution but heard nothing back yet.

Happy with the work, but my car came back stinking of cigarettes (I'm a non-smoker). Very unhappy.
