“Initially I was a bit 'suss' as the whole thing seemed to be too easy! Instead of just booking, I phoned ClickMechanic and spoke to a real person! I don't remember the name, but he took the trouble to explain the procedure in a polite and knowledgeable way. This reassured me and I went ahead with the booking and opted for someone to come the next day at any time. The request was processed and a mechanic found. I was allocated Boby&Nina. As I had opted for any time (and I meant this), Nina called and rearranged the time to accommodate their workload. No problem. The appt was late in the day and with traffic in our area, I expected a delay. Nina kept me informed until she knocked on my door! I cannot praise these 2 highly enough. Boby is a fantastic mechanic. I particularly liked his attention to detail and not rushing to finish his last job of the day. His practical aftercare advice was very welcome. If you are allocated this mechanic, I think you will find yourself in very capable hands!”
