My car was booked for the 10am slot, they came and collected within the 2 hour window. The garage had accepted work outside of the map coverage area and so the car was taken over 40 miles away. I didn’t hear anything for the rest of the day. Nearing 5pm when I needed to sort myself getting home from work, I contacted the number provided for the garage. The switchboard advisor said it hadn’t even had its MOT yet and gave me a direct number for the garage. They didn’t answer. I called the mobile number of the mechanic that had been used to call me when they had arrived to collect my car, she answered and said she was with a customer and would call me right back. She blocked my number instead. I called the original switchboard back but he said I was a clickmechanic customer, not his customer and so refused to speak to me again. I reached out to clickmechanic who contacted the garage via a message on the clickmechanic portal. The message was never answered. The garage failed my car MOT on a £4 rubber stopper being part worn. Awful. Didn’t introduce themselves, barely spoke to me just told me the engine is ‘cooked’ and drove off.
Really annoyed I payed over £80 for that. What a waste of time and money.

Very happy with my mechanic. Good communication and kept us informed of when he was able to arrive. He was quick to find the fault and was very helpful and professional.

Happy with the work that was carried out, though when the car was delivered my wheel arch cover had come down. There was also a yorkie wrapper left in my car door. Service was completed so overall happy.

Took the car for MOT at 11 returned it at 20:30. Rude mechanic made every excuse 0 accountability. Just a disgrace. Stop picking my call even though they had my car!

Really lovely, had major service, front break pads and discs. Answered any questions I had and was beyond polite and helpful ( checked my clutch out for me while he was there )

Royal automatic cars were very good. They accommodated me as needed and went above and beyond.

All worked was carried out as requested. He explained what he had done and how the clutch worked.

Yes, he was friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with the service/ragas of the aircon.
