Mohamed was a good guy. I went through 5 mechanics who had let me down including so called specialists and then remembered I used click mechanic before. Mo picked up my car, replaced the starter motor , found another issue and resolved a long standing electrical problem promptly. Would really recommend. I would never have found him if I hadn't used Click mechanic so all round happy customer. Thanks team.

I was given a time slot of 0800 - 1000. As nobody turned up, I called at 1015 to check status. I was told they would reach me by 1130. Eventually, they arrived at 1245. There was no communication and I was just left waiting the whole morning.
Further, I was told that the car needed some repairs to pass the MOT. They said it will take a lot of labour to open and replace the discs and pads. As it was already open, I requested they don’t charge me for the labour for opening again. I was happy to pay reasonable costs for replacing the parts, which should be much lesser. They said I would have to pay the full charge payable even though they didn’t have to do the same amount of work.
As I needed to get the car through MOT, I had to pay up.

Hi your review is not entirely true we communicated during the morning and advised you the mot slot booked was for afternoon, if we have to open the the tyres to show you the condition of brake pads and discs we have done some of the job why would we not charge for our time we have used to complete a job? You tried to pay £50 for front and rear brakes pads and discs I am sure you would not work for a discounted rate so why try to do that to someone who is earning a living?
