Graeme was very good, completed the task swiftly. Very happy with his work.

When I spoke to Graeme he was friendly and knowledgable but I felt that the communication should have been better. He said he would send me the report after we had spoken but I had to contact him the next day to get him to send it to me. Although I decided not to buy the car in then end that delay could have caused me to miss out on a car I wanted, as I was not prepared to make an offer on it before I had seen the full report.

Greame was punctual, completed the pre check and gave us all the information we needed, couldn't upload report the same evening but did call me next morning. Just in time as was suppose to purchase car that morning. Otherwise really happy.
