Michael was absolutely brilliant. Both he and his colleague were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on time and carried out the repair on my car swiftly but thoroughly.

They were very accomodating when i needed to change the work date. Completed the work quickly and efficiently at my home so no fuss.

I don't have a problem with the mechanics, they did what they could. 'ClickMechanic' quoted me for the replacement of four glow plugs on my Transit. They were unable to do so due to three plugs being seized, this isn't their fault and I don't blame them, but as far as I am concerned I have not received the service I was quoted for. It is 'ClickMechanic' that quoted me a specific price for a specific job, not the mechanics. As such my issue is with 'ClickMechanic'. 'ClickMechanic' should make it very clear in their online site that any problems arising form works done by the companies they use 'ClickMechanic' accept no responsibility.
My conclusion is that 'ClickMechanic' are at fault. Read more
