MK Service and repair were fantastic, I contacted them the day before to add something on and they added it on with no problems, they were polite and accommodating, came and collected the car, the man was friendly and approachable, explained what was going to happen, I thought I’d have a problem with school pick up but they went above and beyond to make sure it was done in time, very very happy with the service, Thankyou.

Leon was punctual, polite and friendly. person. Although I had only booked for brake pads they also sorted out my brake fluid. The car was back within 1.5 hours. Great service and I was kept informed . I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much

I had an issue after a major service, importantly it was resolved within 20 hours which included a home visit from the workshop manager. Things do wrong and how someone responds is a good indication of service. Mike was extremely apologetic, listened to my issue, we agreed a fix and asked how the delay impacted me personally. Lastly we discussed how to use this as a learning experience to prevent it happening to another customer. After an initial disappointment, I am happy with the outcome and will use Mike and his team again. I also recommend them as you count on team to resolve things when they do not go as initially planned.

Scam of a website, hidden fees and costs not clearly explained. Thought it would save hassle but honestly just go to a garage or phone around for a mobile mechanic.
