Michael was punctual, polite and completed the work efficiently - cant really ask for more. I took the car for a spin and all seems good. Given I didn't have a plan on Saturday and by Monday morning, it was all fixed, i'm delighted.

Yeah really nice guy. Got the work done with no hassle. Was able to review the car and came back with a thorough report of what was wrong and enabled me to make a decision on whether to get the work done on it.

I don't have a problem with the mechanics, they did what they could. 'ClickMechanic' quoted me for the replacement of four glow plugs on my Transit. They were unable to do so due to three plugs being seized, this isn't their fault and I don't blame them, but as far as I am concerned I have not received the service I was quoted for. It is 'ClickMechanic' that quoted me a specific price for a specific job, not the mechanics. As such my issue is with 'ClickMechanic'. 'ClickMechanic' should make it very clear in their online site that any problems arising form works done by the companies they use 'ClickMechanic' accept no responsibility.
My conclusion is that 'ClickMechanic' are at fault. Read more
