Mike was prompt, and discussed the service and ask if there were any noted issues with the car. He checked the car and engine thoroughly. Diagnostics run to check for an error due as my car stalled recently and explained how the power shift auto transmission works and there is no error or concern when testing my car. Recommendation to change timing belt as past 8 years old, so will definitely be considering Mike for this work as well.

Martin was originally booked for a head gasket replacement but upon his inspection & throughout engine dissecting it was discovered that this may not have been the cause of the issue with the vehicle. A number of options were presented to myself and despite it taking slightly longer than was originally anticipated, he was more than happy to assist in rectifying the problem.
Would definitely recommend.
