Michael was very friendly, flexible and got the job done! Very happy customer.

Michael arrived within the timeslot he had promised. He was friendly and personable. He spent nearly an hour on the car checking it out with a portable diagnostic computer and checking under the bonnet and under the car.
He was not able to fix the car on that visit as it requires a new steering rack. But he mailed me a read-out of the diagnostics and checked with contacts for a price for further works. I thought it was good value for a call-out.

Michael was fantastic. Communicative throughout the diagnosis and recommended clear next steps. Would recommended to anyone in need of a mechanic in the area and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in future.
