Michael did a very good job, he had problems getting the part, but kept informed and he did a good job.

Michael was excellent. He did what the AA failed to do and got the car started. Punctual, polite informative and effective. I would recommend him.

Everything went smoothly and I was impressed that Michael was thoughtful enough to reverse park my car on the drive when he brought it back.

Michael always kept good communication whether it was before the job ; what time he’d be arriving or after the work had been done to advise me on what to do next.
