Good friendly service, seems to have done a good job. He had an issue with a defect new part which he handled very well.

I have been offered an appointment after 4 days though I made extra 55 pound to make it urgent, plus mechanic came after 4 days, pick my car which was written on website , did diagnostic check, offered us to replace dpf, charge £495, without any further discussion, they told us there was no issue with dpf now you have to change inlet manifold swiral flap which cost £265 plus £200 labour extra, My question is if these mechanic don't know about the fault then why they changed dpf, they should tell us if they knew about the fault that's the process and importance to carry out the whole diagnostic check , second it says very clearly payment will be made once your vehicle will be repaired which is totally wrong , they charge straight way regardless of car is not in a drivable state now , such improfessional mechanic , total fraud and waste of time and money , dont rely on clickmechanic website as nothing mechanic did according to the website , now they dropped my car which is not driveable at all after paying £500, I will definatly take legal action about this website and mechanic.

Helpful, good communication and punctual when collecting/delivering our car.

Picked the car up later than arranged but still had the car back the same day. Very happy so far with the work that was carried out.

Amazing service. They even called me sooner than the booked date asking as the part was available for the work if I would not mind having the car fixed earlier which I gladly accepted. Will defenetlly recommend them to anyone:)

I was impressed that my mechanic took the trouble to phone me direct to fully understand the fault and assess taking the car back to their garage in High WycombeHe told me the clutch pedal stayed down twice during the journey but if they had needed a tow truck there would have been no extra cost. After replacing the master cylinder and slave cylinder on the hydraulic clutch control there has been no further problem.The car was returned promptly - a great relief to me and my wife.
