First time using SMS and all went well with collection and prompt return of car with service, MOT and new front brakes all sorted. Plan to use again.

I checked out the air conditioning for 5 minutes whilst parked just now and seems all good.
One comment I will mention which is a bit of a negative is when booking and giving the days that van is available to be looked at/ in my case taken away. I was given 5 minutes notice by email for the 2 hour slot for it to be picked up. I would expect it to be atleast the day before. It was a 9.25am email and the slot was from 9.30am - 11.30.am
I was in London at that time , not in that van luckily. I have 2 vans to use. Good job my wife was in to sort keys out etc.
I feel i shouldn't be expected not to use the van/vehicle for over the 4 days that i said it could be available for especially when i thought it was going to be tested( (Approximately 1hr ) here.

Brilliant service - had thought the service would be done at home as it states Mobile-Mechanic but all went well and the staff were efficient and friendly

As it was brake discs and pads it's hard for me to check the work itself but the service was great. This is the 2nd time we have used click mechanic and the service was faultless. The main reason for the 5 star review is the communication, which was really thorough and we were kept in the loop constantly about what time the driver was coming and when to expect the car back. They were also flexible about the pickup address depending on the timing. Great price too - so nice not to feel ripped off when you have some work done on your car.
