Overall, I’m very happy with the service. Communication by phone was excellent- the mechanic explained the issue clearly, talked through the recommended repair, and made everything easy to understand. The work was completed efficiently and I appreciated the honest advice about what needed doing now versus what could wait.

The only area that could be improved was communication by message. I sent two messages which weren’t acknowledged, so responses there were less reliable than over the phone.

Aside from that, the experience was very positive and I’d be happy to use the service again.

This is the first time I have used SMS Motor Engineers. Jon was very friendly and respectful. Car was picked up and returned to my home by two friendly drivers, a full service was carried out. No major defects were highlighted as a result of the service which I expected as the car is in good condition and has a low mileage. So overall a hassle free experience.

I did not meet him, I only spoke to him over the phone. Was very polite, knew what he was doing and kept me informed
