From first contact, to getting the car back was 100% the best service I have ever had. AMAZING. I’ve been around cars and garages etc. most of my life and have never been so pleased with a company! Will highly recommend to all my mates!

Everything went exceptionally well. The MOT, service, and repair were completed with excellence in just a few hours. The car was picked up and returned promptly. Jon leads an outstanding team of mechanics who are all very polite, knowledgeable, and patient with my inquiries. Thank you once again for the excellent service.

Jon & James from SMS were excellent. My beloved 20 year old lexus failed it's MOT and I think I spoke to James who gave concise instructions what was required to make it feel better again. Few days later, even though they were short of staff that day they managed to repair and MOT PASS it within the time given (including taking and delivering it back). Excellent service. I was also given a print out of all the service checks that were done, never had this before, nice.

The service and MOT were done quickly and well. Suggested repairs were communicated by phone and agreed. Car was collected and delivered back to my home.

Jon was polite, and my car was back within 2 hours.
Convenient for that busy person.

What an amazing service - communication he night before re collection time, prompt and friendly collection, a phone call a while later explaining some other stuff found (which I knew about but was going to put off), but the quote to rectify was so reasonable I went ahead there and then. The car was returned by 4pm the same day. Absolutely brilliant! Would definitely use again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had them booked to collect my Van for a Full Service & MOT. It failed on Drop Links & a broken Coil Spring. They were able to complete the works, re MOT the Van & deliver it back to me all in the same day! Reasonably priced too! *****
