The driver picked my car up at 7:20 am and returned it around 1:30 pm. The rattling problem was resolved by replacing a lower engine mount they also replaced an alarm siren which got rid of the display warning from the the computer. The labour cost was very reasonable and they were very nice people. Excellent service and would recommend them.

I paid for the diagnosis option as I wanted to be sure which wheel bearing(s) to replace. I was very sure I needed new bearings!
The diagnosis came back that although the symptoms are very similar it turned out I didn't actually need any wheel bearings replaced - I had stepped tyres.
His diagnosis saved me a few hundred of pounds.
I'm really very grateful -- this is a proper mechanic!
