Toyota AYGO Diagnostic Inspection

Mechanic was polite, friendly and punctual.
The work was carried out and initially worked.
Unfortunately a few days in and the same problems have arisen.
The electric windows don't work again and the heater/air con does not work again.
This has necessitated a low score on quality - as the car will need to be taken to a garage for a professional diagnostic.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m pleased to hear you found me polite and punctual, but I’m sorry to learn that the issues have returned.
Just to clarify, the booking was for a diagnostic inspection. During the appointment I identified the fault and was also able to resolve it for you at the time. We tested the electric windows and the heater/air conditioning together before I left, and everything was working correctly.
It’s possible that an underlying electrical issue has reoccurred since then, and I’d be more than happy to revisit and take another look if needed. Please feel free to contact me so we can arrange a suitable time.
