Galin was fantastic, found the faults through diagnostics and tried all they could to resolve them. With a full detailed report sent of the faults we were able to get the issues with the van resolved much easier.

Galin was great! - arrived right on time, fixed the engine warning light issue (camshaft timing sensor needing replacement) swiftly, also installed a couple of missing clamps for a loose item in the engine bay for free.

Even though Galin was late in arriving he let me know because he had problems on a previous clients car. He soon turned up thereafter and started on changing the rear brake pads and discs on the driveway. It was really cold outside that evening but he carried on until he had finished.

The job turned into a bit of a nightmare for Galin, with a bolt refusing to budge. Nevertheless he stuck with it and completed the job, I would imagine at cost to himself.

Gillan was pleasant and on time and was able to diagnose the problem he carried out the investigation politely
