Richard the mechanic that came to visit me was helpful prompt very knowledgeable and a very comforting nice man to speak to

I had a great experience with Richard from Remi Auto Service. He came out to inspect the issue beforehand to ensure only the parts that were actually needed were ordered, which saved time and hassle.
He arrived on time, was friendly and professional throughout, and I was able to use my car again within just a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There were other issues and although he couldn't rectify them today, he is obtaining further information and he will come back to me when he is able.
I would certainly recommend Richard to friends and family and I will continue to call on him in the future.

Richard came round this morning to replace my EGR value.
From the very start he walked me through what could be happening with my car and was very honest.

Replace the valve very quickly and even cleaned out my inlet as much as he could!
As an added bonus he said he will look into what was going on with my car and get back to me with any other solution.

I would high recommend Richard for any mechanical needs!

Robert was great - very happy with the work they carried out and would definitely use again
