Richard was very good.
Arrived despite the bad rainy weather and completed the job in rain. He had some problems caused by previous bad workmanship by a previous mechanic this was before I purchased the car.
Changed both rear brakes and pads and road tested the car. Took a bit more time than expected but did not charge any extra for the time.
I would use this ClickMechanic and this mechanic again
