The mechanic was able to come over and diagnose the problem with the car on the same day as the booking.

Richard arrived on time as agreed and showed me exactly what he needed to do and what he'd done through the stages of replacing the discs and pads. He then took the car for a test drive to ensure the brakes worked correctly. During the work, he also showed me issues that I needed to be aware of for the future, that would need addressing and fixed. A very comprehensive job carried out. Highly recommended. I'd have hesitation in booking him for future work. A+
