BMW 2 Series Plug-in Diagnostic Inspection

No, I booked this on the premise they were coming to see the car at the house. they wanted to collect the car, I said no. I literally do not know you and the business you run. I opted to bring the car.
Brought the car to the garage, they ran a plug in diagnostics - nothing flagged, was told to bring it back another day to put it on the lift to check the underside. they kept the car overnight.
I was promised photos and videos of the issue. nothing was given.
Upon collection, I also asked for a separate quote from the garage outside of click mechanic. The receptionist kept making excuses of how they are too busy, I chased them for a week and they lie about calling you back and are very unprofessional.
Then become the victim and openly complain when people get understandably upset about the level of service they are giving their customers.
They clearly don't respect drivers and their time.

You booked a ClickMechanic plug-in diagnostic inspection, which was carried out as agreed. When the diagnostic scan revealed no fault codes, we offered, at no additional cost, for our senior technician to carry out a further diagnostic inspection later that evening to investigate the issue more thoroughly. You were happy to leave the vehicle with us overnight, and to minimise any inconvenience we also provided you with a complimentary lift home.
As the turbocharger was not dismantled or removed during the inspection, there were no internal components to photograph or video, so we were unable to provide the images you requested.
You also repeatedly requested a quotation outside of the ClickMechanic booking. We politely declined because we do not bypass ClickMechanic’s process. In addition, you wished to supply your own parts, which is against our workshop policy, and this was explained to you.
While we respect your right to leave feedback, we do not believe it is fair to suggest that we do not respect our customers or their time. We carried out the booked diagnostic, provided additional diagnostic time from our senior technician free of charge, offered complimentary transport home, and made every effort to assist you. We wish you all the best with your vehicle.

Yes........absolutely surprised they would come out from Reading....pick the car up and deliver it back at no extra charge........such service.....if you keep your prices sensible, you will get my business and my friends as well,,,,,,,,once your prices and service deteriorate... you will lose customers.....I live in Old Windsor ... very rich part of the world where garages milk the affluent to the hilt.....so poor people like mr and old age pensioners on limited income are always looking for honest people to do business with
