They took the car away and brought it back 6 hours later. I did get worried after 5 hours and I called them 3 times got no answer and left a message each time on my 4th attempt they finally picked up the phone. They did not communicate that the car would be gone that long. I was not aware that the car would be taken away, as previous services have been done at my home?

I am not happy with the work he did.
I paid for Avon tyres all season, but He fitted the cheapest budget tyre for the front and used a non-identical tyre in front

Didn’t meet the mechanic. The gentleman that picked the car up and dropped it off was extremely polite and pleasant made sure I had the locknut for the wheels before taking it away. Made me feel at ease that they had the right readers to rest the messages as three yrs ago it to four different readers to reset the messages.
Picked up at 12:30 returned at 15:00. With a huge smile and explained the lock nut was back in place and to make sure I was happy with the car before leaving. Excellent service thank you. 🤩

When dropping off car, mechanic forgot to put handbrake on, resulting in car rolling into metal fence - while no damage, didn't even apologise for it. Had one rear registration light fail on first MOT, which disappeared on re-test - was informed by phone they had "changed the bulb, for free", they have not changed the bulb, my aliexpress LED bulb is still in there (not working still). If they lied about something small like the registration bulb on the MOT, what else did they not tell the truth about...

Very pleased with the service - mechanic very friendly and helpful. I was given a 2 hour slot and the car was collected and work completed on time and car returned to me very promptly afterwards. Once work was completed I received an email to confirm all done and provide more information, again very promptly and in the expected time window, so no need to wait around or chase to see when my car would be ready. Would definitely use this service again.

They were brilliant and very helpful. Turned up on time and were very friendly.

The guys turned up as promised and returned the car as promised. The alternator was replaced as promised. The issue was, they broke the windscreen wash bottle and didn't tell me. Click Mechanic tried to distance themselves from the problem and made no attempt to get the issue sorted. Click Mechanic were very poor indeed. Long story short, I was shafted and have been left to buy a new washer bottle and get it fitted elsewhere.
