Happy with the work, good communication and great service all round. Car collected and returned as they committed to.

The work carried out was excellent and I was very happy with 5he work carried out. The only issue I had was my car was meant to be picked up between 9 & 11 am, I phoned the garage at 10.30 to check they were coming, only to be told they were short staffed, as one of the mechanics was off sick, so they would be coming later. I had to phone the garage later in the afternoon around 3pm they said they would definitely still come and the garage was staying open till 10pm. The car was collected at 7pm and dropped back at 9.30. Luckily I was ok with this and didn't have other plans, but I can imagine this wouldn't suit everyone and I was disappointed that I had to phone the garage to find out if they were still coming rather than them phoning me beforehand to explain the situation. I will say though that everone from the garage I did speak to was very polite and apologetic, and I would use the garage again as I should think on this occasion it must have just been exceptional circumstances. Very good service, my car was collected just before I went to work with full service and MOT and delivered back in time for when I finished work.

Just had an oil and filter change and very happy with the service so far, easy garage to work with friendly and good communication. We had a slight issue with the software reset for my vehicle after the work was completed (quite a common problem and not unheard of so I understand) they have assured me they are working on getting this rectified and will send a tech out within the next couple of days to fix the issue. I will use these guys again in the future definitely.

Happy with the service. Clear about MOT failure and what needed to be done. Very little communication around arranging pick up and delivery, had to phone to ask when the car was coming back.

Fantastic! Sole Automobile carried out the track rod end replacement, tyre change and light bulb replacement in a very timely manner. Their driver was polite and on time. All work done to my satisfaction. Thank you...Recommended..Peter J

They took the car away and brought it back 6 hours later. I did get worried after 5 hours and I called them 3 times got no answer and left a message each time on my 4th attempt they finally picked up the phone. They did not communicate that the car would be gone that long. I was not aware that the car would be taken away, as previous services have been done at my home?

I am not happy with the work he did.
I paid for Avon tyres all season, but He fitted the cheapest budget tyre for the front and used a non-identical tyre in front

Didn’t meet the mechanic. The gentleman that picked the car up and dropped it off was extremely polite and pleasant made sure I had the locknut for the wheels before taking it away. Made me feel at ease that they had the right readers to rest the messages as three yrs ago it to four different readers to reset the messages.
Picked up at 12:30 returned at 15:00. With a huge smile and explained the lock nut was back in place and to make sure I was happy with the car before leaving. Excellent service thank you. 🤩
