No, I booked this on the premise they were coming to see the car at the house. they wanted to collect the car, I said no. I literally do not know you and the business you run. I opted to bring the car.

Brought the car to the garage, they ran a plug in diagnostics - nothing flagged, was told to bring it back another day to put it on the lift to check the underside. they kept the car overnight.

I was promised photos and videos of the issue. nothing was given.

Upon collection, I also asked for a separate quote from the garage outside of click mechanic. The receptionist kept making excuses of how they are too busy, I chased them for a week and they lie about calling you back and are very unprofessional. Then become the victim and openly complain when people get understandably upset about the level of service they are giving their customers.

Collected my car, did the MOT and brake pads. Passed it and didn’t try to upsell me or find stuff to replace. Real honest garage, will definitely use as my new garage

Yes........absolutely surprised they would come out from Reading....pick the car up and deliver it back at no extra charge........such service.....if you keep your prices sensible, you will get my business and my friends as well,,,,,,,,once your prices and service deteriorate... you will lose customers.....I live in Old Windsor ... very rich part of the world where garages milk the affluent to the hilt.....so poor people like mr and old age pensioners on limited income are always looking for honest people to do business with

Right, please ignore my previous mention of the phone holder, that is not an issue, a simple accident and being old item would lead to being broken, they reached out to me and explained it, and as such I am more than happy to give a 5 stars review all across the board as I find them very lovely and keen. I feel bad for even mentioning it before, please use these guys, they are more than accommodating and will go the extra mile for you!
