Totally useless, turned up late ,didn't read the online instructions and then refused to do the job and still charged 40 GBP

Hi Zafar, we’re sorry you were unhappy with the experience. Our driver attended the booking, however on arrival you advised that you wanted a mobile mechanic and did not wish to release the vehicle. The booking on the Click Mechanic portal showed the vehicle as available for collection, which is why the job was accepted. The £40 charge was applied by Click Mechanic as a call-out and last-minute cancellation fee after attendance. Thank you for your feedback.

A little disappointed this time round. Wasn't aware of how long my car was going to be away for the service and MOT or that it was being taken to Reading. My time slot was 1230-1430, and didn’t receive my car back until after 1950. Text and called the driver twice and no response, finally got a call from the garage. Pleased with the work and price, but more info needed when the car was taken on the process. Will still use click mechanic again, as previously really good experience.
