Sole Automobile provided a great service. They collected my vehicle in the evening and brought it back the same day which meant I didn't have to cancel jobs and disrupt my business (I'm self employed and require my vehicle to work). I was also grateful for the clear communication. The brakes are working fab with no squeaking! I've been let down repetitively by other garages over the last few years, so it was refreshing to receive a great service. Thank you to the whole team.

MINI Mini Countryman Brake pads replacement - front (all)

Have not driven car since it was returned so can’t comment too much. Work done is fine. Overall service : Turned up early to collect the car ( 15.45 and appointment was at 16.00) although was not expecting car to be collected from didcot and work to be carried out in reading.
No handover documents for car, just a screenshot on drivers phone with details of job. Driver was friendly
No walk around to check on general condition of car.
After 4 hours had to call (19.20) to check progress after being told job would only take 1-2 hours car was delivered back at 19.30.
Was not clear that car was being taken to another town to be worked on.
Expected mobile mechanic to attend appointment
Would only use this service again if it was clearer on overall service.

Thank you for your feedback. We believe arriving 15 minutes early is better than being late, and all details of the garage are shared through the booking app at the time of booking. If this arrangement was not suitable, you had the option to cancel beforehand. The app does not state that handover documents are required, and we carry out pick-up and delivery professionally every day. Lastly, the total time includes collection, carrying out the work, and returning the vehicle.
