Terribly. Didn’t fix the problem I hired them for. They have a duty of care to not let a car go without making sure it is safe to do so. I recover my car back still broken and was told it was an issue with a part that didn’t even need fixing. So they tried to get more money out of me to fix a part that didn’t need fixing. Terrible service and communication. never using them or click mechanic again

Not happy with the work carried out
Failed MOT for reasons so they could charge me more to fix. Issues in question are not accurate. Did not mention anything about the interim service or confirm that it was completed.
Plus the garage was an hour away which they used my petrol to and from

Thank you for your review. The MOT failed due to 3 tyres being below the legal limit. As we don’t stock or sell tyres, there was no intention to profit from this. The interim service was completed as per the CM booking, but no service book was found in the vehicle to record it. Regarding the fuel, it was clearly stated at the time of booking that the car would be collected for the MOT—you had the option to cancel if this was a concern.
