Carried out an interim service and MOT, no problems and I was kept informed as necessary.

Not a great experience ordered new front and rear brake pads. The rears were fine but they ordered the wrong fronts.
Then they said that I need to rebook in again, plus they were going to charge pick up and delivery. When I thought it was being done on the driveway
Or I could leave the car with them over night, then they would drop it back around 11am the next day. As I pointed out how am I supposed to get to work as I start at 6 in the morning. And works 30 minutes away.

Sole Automobile provided a great service. They collected my vehicle in the evening and brought it back the same day which meant I didn't have to cancel jobs and disrupt my business (I'm self employed and require my vehicle to work). I was also grateful for the clear communication. The brakes are working fab with no squeaking! I've been let down repetitively by other garages over the last few years, so it was refreshing to receive a great service. Thank you to the whole team.

Have not driven car since it was returned so can’t comment too much. Work done is fine. Overall service : Turned up early to collect the car ( 15.45 and appointment was at 16.00) although was not expecting car to be collected from didcot and work to be carried out in reading.
No handover documents for car, just a screenshot on drivers phone with details of job. Driver was friendly
No walk around to check on general condition of car.
After 4 hours had to call (19.20) to check progress after being told job would only take 1-2 hours car was delivered back at 19.30.
Was not clear that car was being taken to another town to be worked on. Expected mobile mechanic to attend appointment
Would only use this service again if it was clearer on overall service. Read more
