Totally useless, turned up late ,didn't read the online instructions and then refused to do the job and still charged 40 GBP

A little disappointed this time round. Wasn't aware of how long my car was going to be away for the service and MOT or that it was being taken to Reading. My time slot was 1230-1430, and didn’t receive my car back until after 1950. Text and called the driver twice and no response, finally got a call from the garage. Pleased with the work and price, but more info needed when the car was taken on the process. Will still use click mechanic again, as previously really good experience.

Mechanic turned up as indicated, was very polite, took and returned the fixed car within a few hours. I am very happy with this service.

Just booked an mot but collection was on time and notified regarding faulty bulb - amazed they managed drop off on sat evening

I ordered this work through Click Mechanic, and ANDY was picked, which was good has he seen the Van before, and we have worked with him, all was good . We have several small jobs for him to carry out in the service, e.g., battery top-up/mirror parts had to be changed, which were all completed thanks to a good job MOT carried out. Come back with a small list todo over the year, which we will do, thanks chris

The work carried out was excellent and I was very happy with 5he work carried out. The only issue I had was my car was meant to be picked up between 9 & 11 am, I phoned the garage at 10.30 to check they were coming, only to be told they were short staffed, as one of the mechanics was off sick, so they would be coming later. I had to phone the garage later in the afternoon around 3pm they said they would definitely still come and the garage was staying open till 10pm. The car was collected at 7pm and dropped back at 9.30. Luckily I was ok with this and didn't have other plans, but I can imagine this wouldn't suit everyone and I was disappointed that I had to phone the garage to find out if they were still coming rather than them phoning me beforehand to explain the situation. I will say though that everone from the garage I did speak to was very polite and apologetic, and I would use the garage again as I should think on this occasion it must have just been exceptional circumstances.
