Work carried out in a very prompt and efficient manner.. small setback at first..
Unfortunately driver sent to pick up my car was involved in an accident...I was notified and another driver was sent but car not picked up until 3.30 pm but work completed and car returned by 7.30pm

I have zero complaints with the work carried out. Unfortunately my vehicle did fail its MOT, but I have corrected the issue and will be taking the vehicle in tomorrow morning to get a MOT thumbs up. Very professional and transparent, ticked all the right boxes.

Totally useless, turned up late ,didn't read the online instructions and then refused to do the job and still charged 40 GBP

The booking on the Click Mechanic portal showed the vehicle as available for collection, which is why the job was accepted. The £40 charge was applied by Click Mechanic as a call-out and last-minute cancellation fee after attendance. Thank you for your feedback.
