In the end it was a simple fix but he was on time, quickly found the cause of the problem and communicated effectively. Very pleased with the service.

Very unfriendly, arrived late and did not have the competence to complete the work. Do not accept any booking if this company wants your job.
Unfortunately this review has missed some vital facts.
We arrived in time at 13.49, the booking was 12.00-14.00.
The request was to renew the engine speed sensor, when our technician arrived with the vehicle it became clear this vehicle had multiple faults. The engine wiring harness was in poor condition due to poor previous intervention.
The technician carried out the basic checks that he could owing to the condition of the wiring harness but was unable to provide an outcome at the time of attendance. Whilst I understand this is frustrating the vehicle clearly requires a replacement wiring harness or extensive repairs before any further diagnostics can be conducted.
Our technician cleared at 15.35, again whilst neither parties got the ideal outcome Westbourne have acted in good faith and offered the best service possible considering the condition of the vehicle that was unknown prior to our attendance.

You had to send the RAC out, a day after the service of my the Car, To fix my Car. It wouldn't start and when running, Its not very happy, I only used you guys, as my Service garage was closed. Never again.

Thank you for the review and our apologies in the first instance that it was a requirement for another technician to attend. I can assure you the attening technician was NOT and RAC technician and one that is employed by ourselves, neither was this technician in an RAC vehicle, We attended very promptly upon receiving the call suggesting the vehicle did not start and rectified the issue accordingly.
