First of all the mecanic came late, booked slot between 2pm-4pm came after 4pm.
Secondly he did not bother too much to do a proper diagnostic (my car did not start). I had told him its not the battery as I had previously check it, tool his tester out did not check nothing.
Then he starts looking with his poor light, he had no clue what the problem is, I told him it could be the starter motor, and then he realised that this may be the problem after I told him.
All this took like 4-5 min, he mentioned he could not check as he did not have where to park his van.
Told me he would send me a quote but I had to push. Then he said he can't carry out the repair as the car need to be brought to a garage. That he needs to go under the car etc.
I told him he doesn't not need to go under the car as the starter motor is on the upper side, which actually was, I had to find a different mobile mechanic to sort this out.
This guy Callum doesn't have any clue about mechanic. Please avoid him just run away as fast as he could just to take the money.

Hence, I need my money refunded as that was not a proper diagnostic, it was actually embarrassing. Read more
