Mechanic was really good friendly and very happy with the work done. Only slight hiccup was the late return of my car in the evening. (I believe it was circumstances beyond the mechanics control).

Really good needed work done quickly and asked if this could be done in my time frames they said they would try as much as they can and they did it very impressed

JKS Auto were fantastic, had to have a new water pump & cam belt, this was carried out on a bank holiday, which was great. I would highly recommend them.

Jakub was amazing. He arrived on time, was really friendly and professional. Knew immediately what the problem was and how to solve it. Talked me through every step of the way and was really knowledgeable. I have given him a new title of ‘Superhero’ for saving my daughter’s car! We will use him again for any MOT/Service or any other work and would highly recommend. 10/10

JK Auto Works Limited did a timing belt and water pump change on my Seat Ibiza.
They were in contact prior to confirm pickup, they kept in contact throughout the day letting me know when they were going to drop off the car.
Car was dropped off and work was all completed, no issues. They even gave the car a once over.
Really happy with the service, mechanic was knowledgeable and friendly. Car was picked up and dropped off at my house. Plus it was the one of the cheaper quotes I received. Thank you.

My car was booked in for a major service and was to be collected between O8.00 and 10.00. To be fair they arrived at 07.45 which I was quite pleased with, and was told that they had one car on the ramp which needed to be completed before they started on mine, so it should be back to me in about 5 hours, which I was quite happy with.

At 1.00pm no sign of my car and it was around 3.00pm that I got a call recommending an engine flush which I was quite happy to approve.

At 6pm (10 hours after collection) still no sign of my car, so I called the garage to be advised that it would be back with me between 8 and 8. 30pm, 12 hours after it was collected and 7 hours later than I was led to believe it would be back with me.

It was actually delivered back to me at 7.30pm

Communication does need improvement

That aside, the service given to my car was bang on and she drives like a different car and more like the car I had when she was new. I am really enjoying driving it again, so absolutely no complaints about the level of work, just the estimations on timings. Read more
