This was a great service with good communication and very helpful advice given. I would recommend this mechanic he was very knowledgeable.

Car picked up at 10am and wasn't returned until 22.30pm! There was no communication right from the start. Had no idea what time my car was being picked up, had no idea when they done the work and no idea of how the MOT went until I chased them up. Told me my car would be dropped off between 6pm to 6.30pm this changed to 7 - 7.30 and then 8 - 8.30pm it got to 9pm and I decided to chase up yet again. He then said they were 7 mins away..... 45 mins later I decided to call again. He said that the drivers had left a bag behind in the previous car they dropped off. So all this time using my fuel up. For a MOT and full service I never expected that my car would be gone for 12 and a half hours! Won't be using again, didn't even take any of the price to cover my fuel that they used going to other addresses that wasn't their garage or my house. Not happy at all! Read more

He was friendly and punctual. While analysing my car, he was distracted by a phone call. He couldn't use the diagnostic tool as something was wrong. After a series of attempts to start the car, he said that he couldn't hear the power going to the engine and advised me to buy a new car cause it was not worth repairing. 1 hour later, my car started with my jump starter very easily. Long story short my car is now at my mechanic for a full service and a new battery and possibly a change of the spark plugs . all suggestions that I had made.....

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend. Communication a bit strained at times however very apologetic at the end hence the 5stars still. Great for a speedy service.

He did well, but only time will tell how effective his work is. I have nothing else to add at this stage.
