Jacob did a great job! He quickly diagnosed the fault to the failure of a brand new starter motor. He had my car running in minutes & fully repaired the same day. It's always stressful when your car breaks down & finding the right person to help just adds to the worry. The dodgy starter motor has been replaced, the work is tidy & service was excellent. I couldn't have asked for more.

He was so friendly and has done a fantastic job. Communication was sadly lacking to the point where my partner went to the garage to see what was happening as nothing had been heard at 7pm.

Happy with the work carried out but there were multiple delays getting my car back which could have been communicated better. Other than that the quality of work appears good and my air con is now running perfectly. Thank you.

Jakub was great my wife had to deal with it as I was at work and bless her she wasn't sure what he was talking about so she rang me and I spoke to him . He was polite and informative about problem,did a quick turn around .would definitely recommend him to any one.

Really Poor Customer service, communicfation abysmal, called nearly 2 hours after appointment to say they were onthe way to collect my car. I was so annoyed that I cancelled and would not use them again
