Very polite on pickup. I asked if they could check brake pads and replace if necessary but ring and give a quote. This wasn't done. MOT completed. But I had to ring and send several messages to get my car back. It was picked up at 12.45 and returned at 10.15pm. Not too impressed with that as I had requested the MOT be done at my home. I understand businesses are busy but not overly happy.
