The mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with his service.

The mechanic that picked up the car was friendly, but not punctual. I wouldn't have minded it, if some info/status update was provided without me having to chase it.

The report I got back was "all green". Not a single note: the car is in good conditions, but at least "something" would have made the report feel more accurate. Especially because, as I got into the car, I got signals for both low fuel (ok, that isn't their fault) and tyre pressure.

I had mentioned that the tyre pressure thing kept popping up even after pumping, and the person that picked it up said they would check, but ... nothing?

I appreciate friendliness, and I do appreciate that the person that picked up the car had a wife that just delivered (and so I can imagine the crazy time they are going through, as a parent myself), but ultimately I paid for a service and I have been left with a lingering sensation that not much was done to the car beyond the minimum to pass the MOT.

When the car was eventually delivered (2h later than agreed), the person that dropped it didn't have much to say beyond handing back the MOT paper and the keys. Read more

Jakub was so professional and very helpful. he answered all of our questions and even gave my husband his car so that he didn't need to wait around for it to be fixed and then delivered our car back home to us.

We will definitely be using JK auto's again and would recommend them to anyone.

What a fantastic service. Jakob provides an end to end service including pickup and drop off. Constant communication with videos on his diagnostics. Quality work with reasonable pricing and extended hours, so not restricted to the usual 8-5 window. Highly recommended.

Picked a pick up time of 8am-10am as needed to go out, rang at 10am to say he was running late and would be there at 11am, arrived after 12pm, apologised for the delay and said I'd have the car back at 6pm, we'll at 9pm I'd heard nothing so had to message him myself to get a reply saying he would be leaving the workshop at 10pm! Got my car back at 10.30pm
