Jacob was amazing, he reached out to me directly almost immediately to find a time that suited both of us. He provided me with a courtesy car so I wasn’t left carless whilst he completed my service and MOT. Super friendly and accommodating - I’d 100% use him again.

Jake was excellent - called me when he was on the way to collect my car, talked through what I believed needed to be done so the job was clear. Was explicit with when he aimed to have the car ready for me. Kept in contact throughout the day and was really good when it came to an unexpected problem. Sent photos to back up what he was saying.

Genuinely really happy with the work and the service

From the beginning, he was not honest. He told me the work would take 2 hours, but it took 2 weeks, and he still didn't solve the problem. I had to take my car and look for another mechanic. And on top of that, while the car was at his place, he parked in a paid spot, and I got a fine at home that I had to pay myself. I don't recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!

Good work, however they're clearly very busy and things take longer than expected. I highly recommend them and they did good work on the car, MOT and fixing an unexpected issue, but don't be in a hurry - if they say 2-3 hours, then they may be all day...

They did great. I'm a full time Carer, so was unable to take my vehicle for its MOT. They collected my van, had it MOT'd & delivered it back to me afterwards.

Mechanic was really good friendly and very happy with the work done. Only slight hiccup was the late return of my car in the evening. (I believe it was circumstances beyond the mechanics control).
