Yes he was, first time using this method / process, excellent service. Ryan mechanic was punctual and courteous. When we couldn’t find the locking wheel nut I thought OMG I have to pay without getting work done ! So wrong, Ryan told me how to get replacement and 1 week later came back and completed the job, no extra charge, no as an amazing experience.

Ryan instantly made a good impression on me: confident, friendly, a sense of great competence and patience. My issue was a stretched engine timing chain: a big job even to get at the components to be replaced. Ryan simply said "I've done hundreds". Have I jumped in the car after its return to the house, and started it up, driven around? No: I simply thought, Ryan will have done this job well, it'll be fine. I received a couple of photographs: I had no idea at all that the chains were so heavy duty. I am confident all will be good.
