Wambura provided an excellent service. He was punctual, contacting me ahead of arrival to advise he was on the way. The advice provided was excellent and he was able to source the battery needed and fit the same day. The car is up and running again which was needed for work the following day.

All good apart from not completing the job. I'd like to talk to the manager of clickmechanic If possible.

Very happy with the work that was done, and it got us back on the road quicker than expected, even dropping the car off late evening to ensure I could do the school run the next day.

Wambura kept me updated as to his arrival time and checked to make sure everything was still ok. he arrived when he said he would and whilst he was not able to resolve the problem at the time of his visit he offered me a solution which should solve the problem in time for the MOT next week.
