“Rob was fantastic; great communication before and after the inspection.
After sending his report promptly by email (including photos), Rob telephoned me the evening of the inspection and spent over half an hour discussing the car. Rob was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and shared his insights on the particular car model which reassured me in proceeding with the purchase.
Rob even followed up a few days later such was his interest, diligence and attention to detail.

“Maz picked up my last minute booking very quickly and contacted me quickly afterwards about the car and the report came quite soon after that. The verbal and printed report had good detail. All of this gave me the confidence to do a deal over the phone and buy the car blindly from Northern Ireland. As a remote buyer, the report was invaluable in allowing me to buy the car and compete against local buyers. When I collected the car, it was as described, actually better. Having had several of these reports in the past, Maz seems to be a heavy scorer, marking some items amber, where others would probably mark it green. However, Maz was very happy to speak after the report and clarify why he scored things the way he did and still offered the confidence to purchase with "eyes open"”
