Good communication throughout. Got the job done. Even though there were some issues with parts, they handled it very well and made sure they got the car back to me so it didnt interfere with my work. Would recommend.

Yes, we spoke on the phone and because it was a bank holiday weekend it took a couple of days to
complete the job. the clutch is fine, easy and light to operate compared to my last one which was hard
and no free play. We never actually met but I was very pleased with his work, He left the car in my driveway and dropped the keys through the letter box. I have recommended Click Mechanic to my son who is not happy with his clutch. Very pleased with Omer's work.

Brake discs and pads on all four wheels. The work seems to have been done to a good standard. Some of the comms around the return of the car was patchy. I got a call saying the job was finished and the car would shortly be returned. After waiting for an hour I rang and was told that the driver had been delayed on another job but was now on his way with our car. After waiting another half hour I rang and was told that the driver would call me with an update. The driver duly rang and told me that there was an issue with the job and he was taking the car back to the garage. This was an issue for me because I had to rearrange my immediate plans that were reliant on the car and I was also concerned that there was an issue with the quality of the job. The driver later rang to say that the issue had been fixed and duly returned the car and everything seems fine. None of this was a major problem, these things happen, but better comms, particularly to explain why the car had to go back to the garage, would have been reassuring and led to a better rating of the work. HI thank you for your email
when you rang we did explain to you he driver is on his way but he rang in to tell us there is a light on on the dash and is on his way back
when he arrived it was the tyre pressure waring light that was on witch was nothing to do with the job but he was only trying make shore it was not something we done and returned the car with an issue
we managed to reset the light and sent the car back
