They didn't show up. No calls for be late. never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Same problem with my friends appointment.

The mechanic was prompt & on time. He explained what was needed & what the further plan was. After taking the vehicle he stayed in touch with updates.

Cristian was very professional, there was a problem with the brake discs and pads but he managed get it all sorted. Could of been a bit better with communication, I felt I had to call for updates on the progress

I did not meet the mechanic, Christian, in person as the car was an hour and a half from me. However the report, and the telephone communication with him, were excellent, and gave me peace of mind for what was an expensive purchase.
