I was informed that Cristian would be undertaking the work.
However, he said that his team would be doing the work.
Communication was ok from Marius, the mechanic, however they only spent an hour doing the checks, not 2-3 hours as stated on website.
I received the written report from Cristian about 1 hour after the inspection was completed. However, the information relating to the diagnostic information from the OBD was incorrect and related to another vehicle.
I raised this with Cristian and he acknowledged that the information was incorrect and assured me that he would send me a revised report. However, after several calls and emails, I have still not received the updated report.
Although, the inspection of the car provided me with useful information, I was disappointed that the final report was incorrect and several requests for the revised report were not responded to.
