Great job. The spark plugs were difficult to get to, having to remove the air intake and throttle body to get to them, but replaced all 4 and car running great!

Firstly, the agreed mechanic did not undertake the pre-purchase vehicle inspection. He explained that he now has a team of mechanics working for him, which was not advertised on the website. However, this was not a major issue.
Mechanic (Marius) turned up on time and contacted me by telephone prior to the inspection of the vehicle (I was buying a car from Stoke and I was in Newcastle, so I used Click to check the vehicle, before driving to meet the buyer).
Once the inspection was completed, Maruis rang me to provide verbal feedback, which was highly informative. He then confirmed that the written report would be completed by his boss (Cristian).
I range Cristian for some further information regarding the outcome of the inspection and he provided detailed information. However, when I received the written report, the fault codes identified on the report were different to the ones communicated to me during the telephone call.
I contacted Cristian to make him aware of this and he confirmed that mechanics had put the incorrect information on the report (not sure if they had mixed up information from another report).
I contacted Cristian on several occasions (over a 3 day period) requesting the revised report, which I needed as evidence to show the seller. However, I never received the updated report. Now, 3 weeks later, I have finally received the updated report.
Overall, I would recommend the service, but was disappointed in the issues experienced with the written report containing the incorrect information, and the time it took to prove the correct report. Read more
