Chris was very good with communication and keeping me updated with his eta. Unbelievably helpful with picking me up on the way and dropping me off afterwards as I wasn't with the car.

I was already informed Chris might be a tad late due to incorrect parts delivery by someone in the team - it wasnt an issue - I told them I was flexible (hey its being done at home)
Chris arrived full of apologies. - but was happy to continue despite the late afternoon ... fie by me.
Was efficient, clean tidy, ultra polite - cheerful and despite a really stuck on oil filter - all things were done, tidied up, checked and handed over in good time - to a happy customer
