Happy with the work carried out. Mechanic was friendly, and gave clear advice on additional work required, for which I understand a quote will be sent. He also called to let me know the time that he would arrive.

Chris and his assistant were great.
They were on time, did a brilliant job and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

They were great! Punctual and informative, they knew their stuff. Showed me just how bad the brake discs were, recommended corrective work.

Absolute waste of time and MONEY!!!!! gave them times and dates to come and look. Was given a date and time and nothing- no one turned up and no phone call - email after the time had gone - telephone number incorrect (my fault apologised) was rebooked for the following day email was received to confirm, this time came and went - a text message was received to say they would be here later - fine - this time came and went nothing. I messaged the number I was given to have a call back saying he would be with me after 8pm!!!! ITS DARK! was told they have head torches its fine.
It was gone 8.30pm on SUNDAY night by the time someone turned up. Didn't knock on the door, not sure if I hadn't gone out he would have done, he didn't introduce himself just blinded me with his head torch. Jacked the car up, opened bonnet and had a look took 3 photos and said blah blah blah didn't check the oil level didn't say couldn't do anything left. And I was charged £92 for the sum of 5 minutes after wating 2 days NOT HAPPY! Yes pricing on site but he didn't do anything -I would expect oil level to have been checked at the least to see if it needed topping up/ in danger (oil leak reported) No customer service. Would not use again to diagnose a problem. Read more

Yes they told me what they thought was wrong which is what I had already thought but needed confirmation before replacing

Romario was amazing, he made sure to do all the checks on the car I purchased and gave me good recommendations. He was also very attentive

Friendly and quick service and good communication throughout. Would recommend to anyone!
