The mechanic was friendly and polite. But at some unexplained point my text messages went to a different mechanic not associated with clickmechanic. I was texting the right mechanic that he could pick my car up earlier than agreed if he wanted when I got a reply back saying great I can pick it up the night before. From there on I was texting an unknown mechanic who came and picked up my car. The correct mechanic turned up at the time arranged to no car. After he text me to say he was here l thought I had been scamed and my car stolen. It took a while to find out where my car was and who with. How a crossover of messages happened I have no idea and none given. I got the impression I was not believed. But I was ready to call police and was worried sick until I went back through the texts to see where it changed. And text the second mechanic asking who he was and where based. After a lot of texts through clickmechanic I agreed to pay the original mechanic a cancellation fee even though I did not cancel. The original mechanic B1 motors was very understanding and even said he would not charge the cancellation fee. But it was not his fault and had travelled a long way to pick up my car. Can't understand stand why I was charged twice one for the top mount and for a broken spring wich was from the same side anyway I can understand for paying for parts and labour almost £600 quid for a top mount and broken spring been robbed already spoken to a mother mechanic and he said the same £300 cash for a spring and £268 for a top mount from the same side that to me is to much

Mubi picked my car up when he said he would and brought it back that evening- told me what to do if there were any problems but seems to be all sorted!
I was sceptical about using this service but desperately needed my car and the local garages were booked up for weeks.
