Very happy with the work. Collected vehicle on time. Communicated well so I was expecting the mechanic when he arrived. Returned the car in good time with the required work completed.

Can't understand stand why I was charged twice one for the top mount and for a broken spring wich was from the same side anyway I can understand for paying for parts and labour almost £600 quid for a top mount and broken spring been robbed already spoken to a mother mechanic and he said the same £300 cash for a spring and £268 for a top mount from the same side that to me is to much

Mubi picked my car up when he said he would and brought it back that evening- told me what to do if there were any problems but seems to be all sorted!
I was sceptical about using this service but desperately needed my car and the local garages were booked up for weeks.

I didn't get to meet Mubi from B1 Motors but collection and delivery went fine and my car seems to have a new lease of life. Mubi kept in touch via txt and calls so I was kept informed. He did forget to tell me that his garage was in city centre so I did have a mild panic until I'd managed to check with Clean Air Birmingham that my car didn't need to pay a charge.
