Amazing-Mubi was great at communicating, polite and informative. Arrived on time and was an easy booking experience

I assume the new brake Pads were fitted (but obviously don't know) braking seems the same as before. Something, I'm not too happy about. The Mechanic rang me up about 15 minutes and asked me if I knew my Clutch needed changing, the Car drives fine and shows no signs of slippage or difficulty in changing gear. I don't know if this is true, but it reminds me of Kwikfit policy e.g. Generating additional unnecessary work.

Mechanic was very polite and friendly. Good communication and returned the car in 3 hours after a full service and MOT. Thank you

Mubi was excellent. Lovely guy with Excellent communication and collected the car exactly as agreed., Replaced the clutch and returned the car the same evening. Couldn’t have asked for better service from him or from Click mechanic whose financials and paperwork were very clear. Highly recommended.

Friendly enough and was kind enough to jump start a flat battery. Communication was excellent
However, despite the new turbo fitted the vehicle is more sluggish than previously and now has an engine management light on.
The car was returned to the wrong house and the keys pushed through the wrong front door. The van was parked on a path that runs between two drives and in such a way that when the homeowner saw it they thought at first it was a stolen vehicle. Luckily a neighbour recognised the van as being ours. I had to collect the keys and move the van. Embarrassing. Overall we spent £782 for a repair that has made things worse and a whole load of hassle.
