Great mechanic. Arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

The mechanic was friendly and professional, but unfortunately the issue with my car was only partially resolved.
The mechanic drained the water that had accumulated underneath the seats and advised that the water was entering through the seal joints at the bottom of the door. However, the very next day, I experienced another leak from the roof bar area, suggesting that the root cause of the water ingress may not have been fully identified or fixed.
While I appreciate the effort and the removal of the accumulated water, the leak itself remains unresolved.

Guy's turned up we had an in-depth conversation to what has been happening and I left them then to do the investigation. About 45 mins later they gave me a full breakdown on what they have done, checked and recommendations to follow up with. Have given me more detail to go away and follow up with to get the car back to full working order.
