Where do I start with this one. Picked up van and off he went. Half an hour later gets phone call too say that he’s had a rear wheel blow out and now I have to pay £60 for a new tyre. The rim is needing refurbishing or replacing( again at the cost of my own pocket).Still waiting on my replacement pollen filter.

Work was done, with clear expectations. However, car was returned with no fuel. We had to get petrol by using another car to fill a petrol can. We wouldn't have got to the petrol station, it was that empty.

Imy took my car for its MOT and service to a garage 59 miles away! I was not informed of this at time of booking/acceptance, and would have most certainly declined the job if I had known! What a waste of petrol and milage.
Click mechanic have not been helpful either.
Despite preferring this collection method I will not be using this service again. There needs to be more clarity on where my car is going!

Imy was fine. No problems. He came to collect a day early by his request, which was fine and brought the car back the same day.. have saved his phone no. In case of future needs.

I’my was fantastic. He offered to collect the car the day before in order to conduct the service first thing. The car was back with me by lunchtime.

Communication was great, was called to let the know the car had passed the MOT and given an expected ETA. Top notch customer service.
