First time using this service and was naturally apprehensive. Thankfully the communication between Imran and then Sham was exemplary.
Throughout the arrangement of the car collection and the works process they communicated without any prompting from myself.
I was put at ease immediately and trusted them to do as requested and I cannot fault them in anyway.
Also very respectful of my vehicle and prompt on agreed times they are a benchmark for other garages who should follow their work ethics and customer relations.
I cannot praise their service enough. Very competitive too.

My timing chain went and I used click mechanic to help find a garage that would assist me replacing it. They advised me the engine needed to be reconditioned due to the extent of damage caused. They provided me a secure price and honoured it which I am grateful for as he advised me that when they took the head off the engine the damage was way more than expected meaning he did not make much profit off of the repair however he has now made a loyal customer the engine runs better than when I first bought it. My alternator was separate issue as I did have a feeling it was having issues so a rearranged again on click mechanic he picked my car up and repaired in a couple of days nice to deal with and straight to the point.
