Thank you for your feedback. Our driver arrived at 7:30 AM as arranged to collect your vehicle. Unfortunately, the car failed its initial MOT due to issues with the track rod ends and other mechanical components.
We understand there was some confusion during the inspection, as the previous year's MOT certificate was mistakenly referenced instead of the current one, which led to some disagreement.
Despite this, our team promptly carried out the necessary repairs, including addressing the ABS issue, successfully retested the vehicle, and returned it to you before 2 PM the same day. We always strive to deliver an efficient and hassle-free service, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process.
