The vehicle seller messaged me to say Robert had been there for approximately 2 hours, was very thorough and very pleasant. He completed our pre purchase inspection and allowed us to make an informed decision. The report didn't arrive from ClickMechanic and after a quick text to Robert he immediately chased it up and it arrive 5 minutes after. A really personable guy and gave me, who has zero mechanical prowess, an easy to understand explanation of what he found. We're extremely pleased with this service.
