Right from the moment Tony contacted me to arrange the pick up of my vehicle, diagnosis, repair and return of my vehicle, it was faultless. I believed that the clutch had failed and was given a good price for its replacement. On diagnosis it was found that the master cylinder had failed and so this was replaced instead. The communications from Tony throughout the repair was first class.

Despite finding extra problems left by the AA, he carried on and found a solution to get my car back on the road AND saved me money doing so. My car was booked in for 10am and Garry my mechanic called me at 7:12am, then again 5 more times. I called him at 8:15am and he told me he was waiting outside. I had planned for 10am so I wasn't ready, and Garry came back at 10am. I was on Garry's way to work and he obviously starts early, hence why (in his own words) he "accepted the job". I was without the car all day and I was recalling Garry say "5:30pm at the latest" I was told at 5:05pm that my car had only gone in for the MOT. So it was likely that it was going to be gone 6pm when my car was returned. I just happened to be looking out of my window when my car came around the corner at 6:05pm and I did note Garry was driving it nicely. He parked it nicely and I have since driven it, and it drives as nice as always. I love my cars, and I do look after them. Garry himself seemed nice enough, but make sure you are an early riser, even if you book 10am....because if you are on Garry's way to work he will call you EARLY! Thank you for your review. Your car was booked in at 10 o’clock, which means it was due to be at the mot station for that time, then we could service it afterwards, which meant I would need to pick the car up earlier to get it there in plenty of time. The majority of our customers prefer this as they don’t have to worry about getting the car to the garage for a certain time. Unfortunately as you sent me away and told me to come back at 10, we missed the appointment so we had to wait until they could fit it in at the end of the day. Unfortunately we do not carry out mot’s ourselves, we use a trusted garage local to us and I can’t demand they carry out my work first, I was constantly in contact with them to get your car in as soon as possible. When you rang me I told you I would get your car back to you for 6 o’clock, I was actually on your drive at 5.56, not 6.05. As the service manager, I don’t feel the need to use a seat cover as I don’t get dirty, although I assure you both seat cover and floor mats were used all the while it was being worked on. It upsets me that you have chosen to give us low marks, as this impacts us with future work, which is why we try to be as perfect as we possibly can be. I hope you choose to use us again in the future and we can build a trusted relationship with you. Read more
