Just received my car back, not had time to check it out yet but everything else in the process seems good.

Pit stop were great from start to finish picked up and dropped off car with no issues all paper work recieved for all work carried out pleasent and easy to deal with.

Booked Pit stop collection and return for a full service and MOT . The car was collected on time then I received a call saying I needed 2 front tyre but I wasn’t there to see this I agreed and paid for the tyres . When they collected my car I gave the driver my service booklet so it could be stamped and kept up to date . When I checked the service booklet it wasn’t stamped . Also when I checked the new tyres they were different brands from each other , this disappointed me .The receipt for the tyres had my name spelt wrongly and the address was wrong .

The Pit Stop team were understanding, punctual and kept me informed of what was happening. I will be using their services again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and competent mechanic.
