Pit stop were great from start to finish picked up and dropped off car with no issues all paper work recieved for all work carried out pleasent and easy to deal with.

Booked Pit stop collection and return for a full service and MOT . The car was collected on time then I received a call saying I needed 2 front tyre but I wasn’t there to see this I agreed and paid for the tyres . When they collected my car I gave the driver my service booklet so it could be stamped and kept up to date . When I checked the service booklet it wasn’t stamped . Also when I checked the new tyres they were different brands from each other , this disappointed me .The receipt for the tyres had my name spelt wrongly and the address was wrong .

The Pit Stop team were understanding, punctual and kept me informed of what was happening. I will be using their services again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and competent mechanic.

Considering the work turned out to be way more than expected Pit Stop did a good job

Needed a coil spring replaced which they did no hassle. My main issue is that one of my wiper linkage parts is now broken - which they would have had to remove to access the top mount of the shock absorbers. There’s zero chance they could have missed this and now my wipers don’t sit flush because of the broken linkage part. Can’t say for definite they broke it but my wipers were fine before… They have also clearly rushed putting the engine covers etc back together - bits in the wrong place. seems like hastily done work that’s now a pain for me to solve.

Mechanic was 1st class all work done in great time kept me up to date with how work was progressing

He was friendly and seen extra work that needed done and told me the things that were wrong and fixed them. It was completed on time and my car is running perfect. He showed me the parts that were taken out the car and replaced that another garage said were ok but we're in a dangerous condition. So I appreciate and am thankful I got that mechanic as if I kept going the way it was I could have had an accident. Top
