The mechanic came to pick up the car as arranged. We talked about the work to be done especially the steering rack which needed replacing. Afterwards he explained the steering needs to be aligned which I have had done.

If you're looking for an incompetent, dishonest fraudster then Francois is the one for you. Know this, that no matter how liable he is for any damaged caused, items not reported, works not completed he will still charge you and accept zero responsibility for his incompetence. There's no point going to ClickMechanic as they are as impotent as Francois. Your best course of action will be Trading Standards, as they will take action. I hope this review saves at least one person from using this fraud. I suggest going elsewhere.

As explained and mentioned in our series of messages, I had some technical difficulties with the portal on the day to upload more photos and update the report follow the inspection.
This is due to the fact that I had some network issues and the app was not working properly.
However, it was already mentioned that the Aircon needs regaz but I have no idea why it didn’t appear in the description. But this is something minor which can be sorted or refilled for your own website and comfort.
Really sorry for any inconvenience and we will try avoiding this mistake in the future.
