Ford S-MAX Premium Pre-purchase Inspection

Francois should NOT be undertaking pre-purchase inspections for paying client's in my opinion. He does not have the required level of vehicular experience or communication skills to warrant it. It is deceitful that he should even pose to be able to offer these services. His missed things off the report, provided an inadequate number of photos (or context to the ones he did), the report looks like someone who was rushing to get home as fast as he could. His communication was also non-existent. I have used ClickMechanic a few times previously and been provided a very thorough service and information, this was like having a college student undertake the task and therefore the 'report' cannot be relied upon and has been a total waste of my money and time. My advice if he tenders for your Pre-Inspection job, wait for someone else to quote you too. Read more

Francois took my car for it’s MOT and service. I previously stated that I had no paperwork for the work done. What I didn’t realise was that it was sent via email as a pdf. So no problem there. But I still want my original MOT certificate.
