Francois was brilliant, excellent communication with me and very helpful. The driver who collected my car was also delightful and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Identified issues with discs and pads during service - resolved same day

Francoise has been brilliant providing convenient pick up and drop off of the car, fixed my clutch very economically and advised me on other mechanical matters.

No other garage (and I called over 30) wanted to touch my head gasket failure. Francois was excellent from the moment he made contact. He personally collected my vehicle. He kept me informed on the initial inspection, including sending multiple photos of the failed components and damage. He then called or messaged me with updates on further work and costs. My vehicle is now back after 10 days. Francois dropped it off this morning. Hopefully all will be well with the repair. The customer service is notable. There was damage done to my steering wheel and the back of my steering wheel. I cannot support the damage to my steering wheel with evidence but I have a strong proof about the damage to the back of my steering wheel but the mechanic denies it. I only ever noticed it too because all the adjustments on the car seat and the level of my steering wheel feels different (I have been driving this car since May 2022). I chose ClickMechanic’s mechanic as it was cheaper than the mechanic I usually go to and by the customer satisfaction rating given to the mechanic (stats provided by clickmechanic) the mechanic seemed really trustworthy and a real professional with qualifications. Since I’m a girl with no working knowledge on the car I have to put my full faith in the mechanic as they were recommended and chosen by clickmechanic a third party who’s job is to find a good mechanic. I should’ve listened to my mum that good work and professionalism isn’t cheap. Anyways since the mechanic denies this I probably can’t do anything about it since clickmechanic is only a “third party” who facilitates the matching with individual mechanics. Francois was great. Fast diagnosis of the fault and then a very competitive quotation for the work required for the repair to our BMWs cooling system. Car fully repaired in good time and is running perfectly again.

Both men that fetched the car were friendly and polite. I had phonecalls on arrival. I was working from home and agreed to get key inside front door. All went smoothly. Car was taken off for a new airbag. A 3hr job turned into a two day job but needed to be done right. At no extra cost. Keep me informed about problems and delay throughout. My son is having a new starter motor today also as recommended them to him already..

I paid for a Major Service which was carried out by ANU Import And Export Ltd Trading As ABBEY CARSAND MOT on Tuesday 17th June 2025.

My car was picked up at 09.40 and returned to me at 17:30 that day which I then checked everything was in order.  I noticed the engine didn't sound right and the car seemed worse than before.

I contacted ANU Import And Export Ltd Trading As ABBEY CARSAND MOT to let them know but they would not come and investigate and asked me to take the car to them.  As the engine lights were on, I did not feel comfortable driving it and wanted them to come out which they didn't.

I had to call out another mechanic to come to my car and diagnose the issue.  The spark plug coil was damaged and the report shows this was done on the day ANU Import And Export Ltd Trading As ABBEY CARSAND MOT serviced my car.  It costs me an additional £170 to get the issue ANU Import And Export Ltd Trading As ABBEY CARSAND MOT corrected.

I asked ANU Import And Export Ltd Trading As ABBEY CARSAND MOT for a partial refund as I'm further out of pocket but they refused.  This is awful customer service for refusing to resolve an issue they caused and not taking responsibility. Read more
