“This booking was made to tell me what was wrong with the car and how to move forward.
The mechanic plugged in a laptop etc. and tested the electronics associated with the climate control/heater. No fault was shown. He said that it was a mechanical fault rather than an electronic. He suspected that it may be a fault with the heater matrix, or a flap or motor.
He said that he personally would not want to work on areas associated with the heater matrix. in conclusion , he told me what it wasn't but not exactly what it was. I am in the same situation now as I was before I paid for his visit. I rang the booking line and explained my disappointment. The chap on the phone said he would have a chat with the mechanic and call me back. I have had no call back. Very disappointed.”
